How to add/update/remove a listing's Listing Agent?

Prerequisite: User Role (Admin, Manager, User with Add & Update Privilege)

Landlord Level

When the Listing Agent is set at the landlord level, all listings under the landlord will have this agent as the Listing Agent.  The below steps are how change the Listing Agent of the listing's landlord.
  1. Click on Landlords on the navigation menu.
  2. Locate the desired landlord.
  3. Click on the landlord's name to go to its details page.
  4. Click on the Edit button to the right of the landlord's name.
  5. Locate the Listing Agent drop down and make the desired change.
  6. Save.
Listing Level
  1. Click on Rentals on the navigation menu.
  2. Locate the desired listing.
  3. Click on the listing address to go to its details page.
  4. Click on the Edit button to the right of the listing's address.
  5. Locate the Listing Agent drop down and make the desired change.
  6. Save.
If the Listing Agent is set at the landlord level, then it will not be possible to edit the Listing Agent field.  The Listing Agent will need to be first removed at the landlord level.
