How do I change the name of my Account?

PREREQUISITE: User Role - Admin, Manager

From time to time you would like to change the name of your office for whichever reason. There is no need to have a new account created because you can simply have the name changed within your YGL account without any document submitted to our support team. Please note that if you have applied for the
Credit Report Service under a different name, you are required to submit a new application for this service to have your name updated in your credit reports. Failure to do so will result in the credit check service being removed from your account overtime.

To update the name of your account, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Log into your admin or manager account for YGL
  2. Click your name in the top right hand corner, then click Account.
  3. From the navigation bar on the left, click Account Info.
  4. On the right, under the Account Info tab, edit the name that you see in the Account Name field
  5. Click Save.
