How to update the credit card info in your account?

Prerequisite: User Role (Admin)

If your know the charges to your credit card will fail on the next billing date and would like to update the credit card info on file with us, there is nothing you need to do.  When it fails on the next billing date our system will automatically inform you of the event and will provide the option to use a different credit card at that time.

If you would prefer to not have the current card on file charged on the next billing date, then please contact our support at support@yougotlistings.com and we will have your card info removed.  When the next billing date arrives, our system will send out an email with instructions on how to make a payment, which you can choose to use a different credit card at that time.
