THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE BY THE ADMIN OR MANAGER IN AN OFFICE ACCOUNT
You might need to add a few managerial privileges to a few of your agents from time to time. To get this done, please follow the instructions provided below.
- Log into your admin/manager account.
- Click your Name in the top right corner of the website..
- Click Account
- Click Manage User from the vertical navigation bar on the left
- In the top right hand corner of the page, click Update
- Under User Privileges, click your desired options.
- Click Save.
