How do I cancel my paid account?

PREREQUISITE: User Role - Admin

In the event that you would like to discontinue your account, you can follow the instructions provided below. If there were an incurred charges for the current billing period, it will be auto-charged to the payment on file during the cancellation process.  Please note that you can reactivate your account with all the data intact within a one year period by simply logging in with your current username and password.
  1. Click your name in the top right-hand corner then select Account.
  2. From the navigation bar on the left, click the Account Billing option.
  3. Click on the "Please cancel my account" link.
  4. Fill out the requested information in the window provided and confirm your cancellation.
